Summary
1996-06-20: The crew of CAV6496, a HS748 advised that their starboard engine de-ice was U/S. Since they were 63 NM to the north of Churchill, the crew decided to continue to attempt an approach at Churchill and return to Rankin Inlet if they were unable to land at Churchill. The aircraft landed without further incident.
