Incident at La Ronge, Saskatchewan

Summary

1996-06-13: The aircraft departed La Ronge enroute a fire bust. The crew notified La Ronge air radio that due to a rough running engine they had shut down and secured the left or No. 1 engine. The aircraft returned to La Ronge where an uneventful landing was accomplished. Maintenance inspected the aircraft and then it was ferried to Kamloops. UPDATE: Maintenance changed the front plugs and an ignition coil. After an acceptable runup the aircraft was returned to service.
