Incident at Vicinity of Red Lake, Ontario

Summary

1996-05-20: The aircraft, Canadian 903 was enroute Vancouver from Ottawa when the crew noted a hydraulic pressure problem. The crew advised ATC that they were diverting to Winnipeg as a precaution. The aircraft landed safely at 1652Z. There were 76 passengers on board and a crew of 6. UPDATE: Maintenance found a twisted O-ring seal and a loose cap on the pressure modulator in the forward left wheel well.
