Incident at Regina, Saskatchewan
Summary
1996-05-06: The crew of NWA1523 advised Tower personnel at Regina that they had a medical emergency on board. Regina ERS responded. The crew then asked Tower to call an ambulance. This was done at 0342Z. Tower personnel encountered some difficulty with the 911 call. Apparently the dispatcher's line was U/S to the ambulance. Tower personnel had to hang up the phone and redial which eventually got them through to the ambulance service.
