1996-04-19: The Bearskin Lake Air Service, Fairchild SA 227CC, Metro, was taking off from Thunder Bay, Ontario. When takeoff power was set, the target torque of 97% was not achieved on the left engine. The takeoff was aborted. Company maintenance reported that the left engine signal controller was out of adjustment.
