Summary
1996-04-17: The crew of KFA590, a Convair 580, advised ATC that due to a catastrophic power plant failure on the left engine, that they would be returning to Regina. The aircraft landed safely at 0402Z. ERS stood by and inspected the runway for FOD. Canadian Regional CDR1318, an F28, was delayed 5 minutes.
