Summary
1996-03-27: The helicopter was south of Thunder Bay on a routine DOT Training flight. The crew advised Tower that they were returning to Thunder Bay because of a static electrical problem which was producing erratic engine instrument readings. The aircraft landed at Thunder Bay without further difficulties.
