Summary
1996-03-23: The aircraft departed Thunder Bay enroute to Minneapolis on a routine scheduled flight. The crew advised Thunder ATC that they were experiencing an unusual noise in the nose section of the aircraft and they would be returning to Thunder Bay. The aircraft landed uneventfully at 1551Z. The aircraft then departed for Minneapolis at 1635Z.
