Incident at Dryden, Ontario (ATS operating irregularity)
Summary
1996-03-20: The pilot of Perimeter 80, departed runway 29 enroute Red Lake on a routine scheduled bag run. A mile off end of runway 11 PAG80 encountered C-GPYE (Maule M-5) a single engine aircraft who was on final approach for runway 11 at Dryden. Both aircraft took evasive action to the right without further incident. The Maule aircraft landed at Dryden where the aircraft has been left for maintenance.
