Incident at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Summary
1996-03-15: The Cessna Citation departed Saskatoon and was approximately 150 miles enroute to Salt Lake City at a cruising altitude of 35000 feet, when the cabin altitude began to fluctuate. The crew carried out a controlled descent and returned to Saskatoon. Maintenance personnel found an electrical failure in the ground squat switch circuitry, which was causing the outflow valves to intermittently assume the ground position rather than the flight position.
