Incident at Thunder Bay, Ontario

Summary

1996-03-11: A student pilot who was conducting touch and go landings advised Thunder Tower that he had a rough running engine. He completed an uneventful landing on runway 25 at Thunder Bay. Flying Club maintenance found some plugs which were fouled. All the plugs were changed and the aircraft was returned to service.
