Summary
1996-03-06: The pilot of the Twin engine Seneca advised Winnipeg Tower that he had shut down the left engine because of low oil pressure. This was the culmination of a flight from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg. The aircraft landed without incident on runway 31 and was towed clear. There were no other aircraft inconvenienced.
