Incident at Thunder Bay, Ontario
Summary
1996-02-23: The crew of BLS300, a Beech BE99 advised Thunder Bay ATC that they had a unsafe right main gear indication. The crew did a fly by of the tower after manually selecting and lowering the gear. The crew were advised by ground observers that the gear appeared down and locked. ERS was called out and the aircraft landed safely on runway 12 at 0038Z. The crew shut the engines down, and company maintenance inserted gear pins and the aircraft was then towed to the company maintenance facility. There were no other aircraft inconvenienced.
