Incident at Sioux Lookout, Ontario

Summary

1997-06-06: Five minutes after departing Sioux Lookout for Pickle Lake, the crew of Bearskin 310 advised Sioux Lookout Radio that they were returning to Sioux because of a zero oil pressure gauge reading on the right engine. The engine was secured and an uneventful landing was accomplished without further difficulties. The crew did not request ERS although the service was offered.
