Incident at Whitewater Lake, Ontario
Summary
1997-06-06: The pilot of C-FDPW issued a mayday that he was force landing on Whitewater Lake due to a loss of oil pressure. The mayday was received by the pilots of Bearskin 314 who passed the information on to the company. The company dispatched a Cessna 185 with an engineer on board. While enroute the pilot of C-FDPW advised the pilot of C185 that he had departed Whitewater Lake for Armstrong. The Beaver pilot suspected a frozen oil line or an over dilution problem.
