Incident at Halifax
Summary
1996-12-10: Shortly after departure the pilot advised ATC that he was having difficulties with his left engine. He returned to Halifax where he landed without further incident. Maintenance advised that the engine's prop governor had malfunctioned and the prop RPM could not be controlled properly.
