Accident at Charlottetown Labrador


1996-11-27: This occurrence took place on 96/11/26. The pilot landed his aircraft on the frozen surface of a pond but on the roll-out he decided to overshoot. The aircraft did not become airborne in time and struck the shoreline. The pilot and passenger were uninjured and exited the aircraft without difficulty. TSB not investigating
