Incident at Moncton, NB.


1996-11-13: The aircraft was on approach for landing when the flap lever was was repositioned from Flap 24 to Flap 33. While the flaps were in transit a flap lockout fault occured and the flaps locked somewhere between the two position settings. The crew broke off the approach, circled the field once, and then landed without further incident. The crew then reset the flap computer according to proceedure in the flight manual. TSB closed.
