Incident at Halifax, N.S.
Summary
1996-09-12: After departure, the North West Airlines pilot report that he had lost "a couple thousand pounds" of fuel (300gallons), possibly while taxiing. The ERS determined that the fuel was spilled on the runways which required that the runway close for approximately 3 hours for clean up. Minor delays resulted.
