Incident at Middle Stewiacke NS


1996-08-15: Aircraft took-off from Middle Stewiacke at 1515Z enroute to Shearwater. At 1519Z the pilot notified Halifax terminal that his engine quit. He made a forced landing in a field. Shortly thereafter the pilot took off again. At 1526Z the pilot reported that he was high final for Stewiacke when the engine quit again. At 1527Z an overflying aircraft relayed a message to Halifax terminal that the cessna had landed safely.
