Accident at St. Pauls Inlet, Newfoundland
Summary
1996-07-22: The aircraft, part of a formation of 4, encountered poor weather. Another aircraft in the formation transmitted a MAYDAY at approximately the same time that aircraft overflying the area reported an emergency locator transmitter signal. The crash site was discovered by search and rescue. Three occupants, all fatally injured. TSB investigating.
