Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)
Summary
1996-07-17: The aircraft was on approach to Halifax from Ottawa when the crew carried out an overshoot, RWY 15, due to a landing gear problem. The aircraft held to the east until the problem was sorted out and the gear was down and locked. The aircraft landed safely on RWY 24 at 1305z. The crew experianced steering difficulties on landing and once in Taxi "C" they held for maintenance. The aircraft later taxied to the apron under its own power. TSB evaluating.
