Incident at 06 NM North of Presque Isle
Summary
1996-07-16: The Cessna was at FL330 when the pilot advised that the aircraft had a loss of pressurization, they were declaring an emergency and descending. The aircraft diverted to Moncton where it landed safely. Maintenance had determined that moisture in the cabin door seal had frozen and caused a slow leak of cabin air. TSB closed.
