Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

1996-07-01: The aircraft was enroute from Orlando to Dusseldorf when the oil quantity indication for the #2 engine started fluctuating between 12 and 13 litres (23 litre capacity). The aircraft landed in Gander as a precaution. Maintenance inspected the engine and did not find any oil leaks. The oil tank was topped up and the indicator read correctly. The aircraft departed later at 23:50 ADT. TSB closed.
