Incident at WABUSH NL (CYWK)

Summary

1996-06-09: The aircraft was in a left hand circuit pattern on RWY 19. During the downwind the aircraft carried out a 360 to let AAQ102 land. After AAQ102 and C-FHVO landed FSS called GFJF to advise of no further reported traffic. FSS did not get a response. The C172 was then spotted on base leg for RWY 19, wind check issused without a reply. No call given when the C172 cleared the runway. The instructor called FSS later to advise of a radio failure. TSB no involvement.
