Incident at near Gander, Nfld.
Summary
1996-06-05: While operating in a training area the instructor elected to simulate an engine failure by pulling the mixture control effectively shutting down the engine. The instructor was unable to restart the engine which resulted in a forced landing on an access road. The aircraft was subtantially damaged, 2 souls on board-no injuries. TSB evaluating.
