Incident at Moncton FIR (ATS operating irregularity)
1996-05-30: Moncton ATC received the estimate on the B747 followed by the estimate on the EA31. After the two estimates were posted the controller identified a confliction and then identified the aircraft on radar. Vertical separation was established where 15 minutes should have existed between the aircraft prior to entering radar controlled airspace. TSB case closed.
