Summary

1998-02-18: After departure enroute to Ottawa the crew reported returning to Halifax due to engine vibration. Preliminary maintenance investigation found that the 4th turbine disc was missing a blade. The engine has been removed from service and an engine teardown has been scheduled. TSB case closed.
