Incident at Halifax Area.


1998-02-18: The aircraft was on a VFR flight with an itinery filed with Halifax FSS, Shearwater-St. Margretts Bay-Shearwater, when it lost radio communications. The aircraft squawked 7600 and returned to Shearwater. The pilot called Halifax FSS by cell phone while in the air to advise of the situation. The aircraft landed safely at 1735z. The aircraft had a similar loss of communications on 96/04/20.
