Accident at Gull Pond Newfoundland

Summary

1998-02-18: The Newfoundland Government Waterbomber was on a training flight when it struck a submerged rock during a water pick-up. The aircraft was flown back to Gander where it landed without further incident. Maintenance found a six inch hole in the hull. TSB closed.
