Summary
1998-02-18: The Dash 8, C-FTON, was 70nm out of Halifax when the pilot advised ATC that the aircraft had a mechanical problem and they would like to return to Halifax. The aircraft landed without further incident. Maintenance advised that the DC electrical monitor went unserviceable. TSB closed.
