Incident at Halifax, N.S.

Summary

1997-03-25: Shortly after departure the flight crew received a cargo hold smoke warning indication. The aircraft returned to Halifax where it landed safely with ERS on standby. There was no evidence of fire or smoke in the cargo hold and a faulty smoke detector is suspected. TSB case closed.
