Incident at LOACH

Summary

1997-03-25: The aircraft departed Goose Bay on a flight to Reykjavik. At 1013z the aircraft proceeded past LOACH. Then at 1030z the pilot advised Moncton ACC that he was unable to retract the landing gear and was returning to Goose Bay. The aircraft landed safely at 1219z. No assistance requested. TSB no involvement.
