Incident at VCTY EDMONTON, AB

Summary

1996-01-19: On descent through FL300, cabin altitude exceeded 10,000 ft and cabin Oxy system deployed. Crew steepened descent and landed safely at CYEG without incident. The A/C had a similar occurrence the day before. CAIL maint dept changed numerous pressurization components and the A/C has flown two days subsequently without incident.
