1996-01-19: CDN907 reported a warning to descend due traffic same altitude FL390 and one mile. CDN907 descended approx. 200 feet, then returned to FL390. Only RADAR observed traffic was at six o'clock and one mile at FL350. Other traffic at FL390 in the vicinity was at two o'clock and twenty-one miles.
