Accident at Ft. Vermilion, Alberta
Summary
1996-01-19: Engine lost all power and on a forced landing, while turning left to avoid trees on approach path, the left wing contacted the ground. Sub. damage to the wings, landing gear, propeller and engine mounts. Company maintenance found the left fuel tank was empty and the right fuel gauge was unserviceable.
