Incident at Calgary, Alberta
Summary
1996-01-19: CDN 685 on 4 mile final rwy 34 was issued immediate right turn to heading 100 to avoid conflicting with TGO 200 (VFR) who was converging with him at same altitude. TGO 200 was given a left turn on a previous missed approach and told to contact arrival. TGO 200 then proceeded back through the approach to 34 out of radio contact with either arrival or tower.
