Incident at Coppermine, N.W.T. (Incursion - runway - vehicle)
Summary
1996-01-22: A dump truck was reported by Coppermine O/C to be crossing the runway at the taxiway without authorization. Truck had been using service road all day that circles the end of the runway. First Air was on approach when this occurred. O/C supervisor reported incident to owner of truck company and road at end of runway has now been closed.
