Summary
1996-01-23: While FMRB was on one mile final Rwy 03 with a HU50 on final for the ramp having to cross Rwy 03/21. HU50 FZRP asked FSS 'got traffic on final, am I cleared to cross ahead of him... and FSS replied 'affirmative'. FSS involved was under training at the time.
