Summary
1996-01-23: Aircraft taxiing for departure Rwy 34 groundlooped on taxiway 'alpha' and reported a failure with right brake. Pilot turned the aircraft around by hand, restarted the engine and continued to taxi, but stopped abruptly when the wind caught the tail and aircraft came to rest on its nose striking the propeller.
