Summary
1995-11-20: C-GFVN was in the circuit on Runway 25. On crosswind, the pilot requested a priority landing due to a rough running engine. He was cleared to land Runway 12. One aircraft was advised to abort its takeoff from 25 and another was advised to overshoot Runway 25. C-GFVN landed safely Runway 12.
