Incident at VICTORIA INTL BC (CYYJ) (Conflict - near collision (VFR or IFR))
Summary
1995-10-20: AT 1542Z, JBA855 reported inbound and was given advisory by FSS. At 1546Z the DH2T reported taxiing in Victoria Harbour for departure and was given advisory including JBA855 estimating in 2 min. At 1548Z both aircraft transmitted at the same time and the HS76 made a sharp right turn towards the pad and the DH2T continued straight over West Bay. At 1549 JBA855 called down ""after missing the Beaver"". At 1550Z TN1455T called clear and reported that he thought Helijet was further out. The weather was not a factor.
