Incident at REVELSTOKE

Summary

1996-03-18: The tail rotor of the AS350 helicopter struck a small object as the pilot was deplaning his passengers while in a hover at a ridgeline. The pilot was unaware of any damage to the tail rotor until after he returned from the flight, inspected the tail rotor and found some minor damage.
