Incident at KAMLOOPS

Summary

1996-03-20: Kamloops FSS noticed flame and smoke from starboard engine on start up of ABL659. ERS notified and responded. Passengers were disembarked and sent on another flight. ABL659 departed 30 min later without incident. No damage to aircraft and no injuries to crew or passengers.
