Incident at VICTORIA (Incursion - runway - vehicle)
Summary
1996-03-20: Unauthorized vehicle on Airfield was reported by Victoria Control Tower. The vehicle entered Airport via an open gate then drove onto Taxiway N, Runway 02, and Runway 09. Airports and CFR personnel apprehended vehicle and escorted it to the Firehall.
