Summary
1995-09-12: The Bell 206 Helicopter, engaged in seeding operations, was on the ground, running at flight idle while waiting for a load of seeds. The truck with the seeds backed towards the helicopter and backed into the turning main rotor blades. The helicopter was substantially damaged but there were no injuries.
