Summary

1995-08-18: NRV311 was heading 100 deg. when he was issued a right turn to 140 for traffic. The aircraft was observed in a left turn to a bearing of approx 040, placing it in conflict with a westbound aircraft (LR35). Controller turned C-GCJD left with immediate descent to 7000 to avoid NRV311.
