Summary
1995-07-22: While conducting taxi practice on Taxiway A, C-GWLA taxied onto Runway 25 without authorization. As C-GWLA entered runway, N55828/PA28 was completing his landing roll on Runway 25. Evasive action was not taken. C-GWLA advised the tower he had problems braking.
