Summary

1995-07-23: 15 minutes after departure from Vancouver, the DHC-8's #2 engine electronic control unit reverted to manual, with a simultaneous loss of the # 2 engine torque indicator. The aircraft returned to Vancouver without further incident. There was no damage, and no injuries.
