Summary
1995-07-17: A recurrence of the fuel spills experienced by this aircraft on five previous occasions has been reported. The two most recent incidents were reported at Vancouver ocurring on July 16 at 2107Z and July 17 at 2053Z, spilling 5 to 600 and 300 litres respectively. This brings the total of known incidents on this aircraft to 7. Boeing Aircaft Company is arriving in Vancouver this morning to investigate the problem.
